Garlic has the anti-inflammatory property. Using garlic for muscle and joint disease, helps to get rid off pain because of inflammation.


Garlic drink for inflammatory pains

Take half a cup of milk and bring it to boil. Take 4-5 pods of garlic and crush it. Add the crushed garlic to the milk and allow it to boil until it reduces it quarter cup. Allow it to cool. This works as great remedy for inflammatory conditions like sprains, etc.
